Clients are strictly prohibited from:

fraudulent loan applications, or any activities prohibited by applicable laws.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in:

◘ Legal action, including but not limited to civil and criminal penalties.

◘ Financial liability for any damages incurred by Alphanous Loan Solutions Corp. due to

client misconduct.

◘ Denial of future service requests and blacklisting from our platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the states of

Massachusetts, Florida, and Rhode Island. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be

resolved exclusively in the courts located within these jurisdictions, unless otherwise required by

applicable law. Clients agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

2. Any fraudulent or unlawful actions taken during the loan application process.
