Diego has spent over ten years in the mortgage industry watching the same story repeat: good loan officers losing deals, referrals, and weekends to processing that reacted to problems instead of preventing them. He founded Alphanous Loan Solutions to be the processing department he could never find — page-by-page intake reviews, deposits sourced before submission, updates that arrive before anyone asks. He built the team bilingual by design, English and Portuguese, because files and borrowers don't stick to one language. Today Alphanous supports loan officers and brokers across six states, and Diego still reviews files personally and oversees every partnership himself. His rule for the pack has never changed: "No surprises. That's the job."

Senior Loan Processor

Gilvania is the steady hand on the pipeline — the processor partners learn to stop worrying about. She runs files from intake review through cleared conditions with the kind of thoroughness that makes underwriters' condition lists run short. Fluent in English and Portuguese, she keeps files moving when documents, employers, or borrowers switch languages mid-stream. If your daily update arrives before you thought to ask for it, that was probably Gilvania.

Senior Loan Processor 

Giulia treats every file like the closing date is a promise — because to your borrower, it is. She supports files through underwriting prep and condition clearing, hunting down the deposit source or the missing signature before it can become a delay. Bilingual in English and Portuguese, she's equally at home walking a borrower through a doc request in either language. Fast, precise, and allergic to surprises.

Loan Processor

Alexia is the reason "page 5 of 6" never goes missing on our files. Detail-obsessed by nature, she owns document collection and follow-up — patient on the fifth request, relentless on the sixth — so our partners never have to play bad cop with their own borrowers. Working in both English and Portuguese, she's become one of the pack's most dependable file-movers since joining the team.

Processing Assistant

Giovanna is the newest member of the Alphanous team — and possibly the most thorough. A current law student, she reads loan files the way she reads case law: every page, every line, nothing skimmed. It's a habit that fits our approach exactly.

Fluent in both English and Portuguese, Giovanna supports files on both sides of our client base, keeping documents organized, conditions tracked, and nothing slipping through while a file moves toward closing.
